Peculiarities of the Organizational Changes in Higher Educational Institutions
Abstract
The article analyzes the methods for evaluating human capital used in foreign and Kazakh practice, shows their advantages and weaknesses. On the basis of the considered methodology, calculations of the main indicators relating to the human development of the regions of Kazakhstan are carried out. The regions of the republic are ranked by factors that characterize human potential. A comprehensive assessment of the competitiveness of the human capital of the regions of Kazakhstan has been carried out.
