Foreign Experience of Social Investment for Usage and Development of Human Capital
Abstract
The article proves the importance of social investment with a view to the use and development of human capital. The comparative analysis of the ‘American’, ‘German’ and ‘Swedish’ models of interaction between society, business and state. It shows the role of social alliances and gives examples of them, tells about foreign practice of corporate social reports application and the need to apply them practically in Russia.
