Responsible Consumption of Animal Protein and Sustainable Development, Chimeras?
Abstract
Human society has to go from a predominantly extensive and predatory growth mode to a new, more economical, fair and solid way of development. Thus, future generations will enjoy optimal habitat conditions on this host Blue Planet. This is why we need to be more responsible with the food waste, excessive animal protein consumption and, above all, to advocate for animal rights, while food corporations prove honesty with what they give us in the dish as food.
